How can we motivate young (18-25), bilingual Hispanic residents in California to consider a career as a Nurse Assistant?

Insight
Our demographic wants to see themselves as the “Main Character” in their stories, both online and off. We extended this idea out to their career path, showing that a career as a Certified Nurse Assistant, or CNA, gives them a way to be the main character in their career story.
